Nick

Back in the mid sixties, budding teenage musicians were starting up bands, with aspirations of being the next Beatles or Rolling Stones. Nick was no exception, beginning his school group with his newly acquired (but decidedly second hand) electric guitar.

Success followed, but on leaving school, he was told it was time to ‘get a proper job’, so he became an estate agent instead! Who knows...he might have been rubbing shoulders with Genesis or Pink Floyd had he continued!

Playing live music was rested – for 38 years, until Kelvin finally persuaded him to join his band, this time as a keyboard player. Since 2004, he has used his distinctive musical and creative expertise to blend traditional piano with synthesisers, enhancing the overall sound production of the Free Spirit band. Nick uses Korg and Roland keyboards.
